    This project was a special opportunity for our client to build a home on a cherished piece of Lake Champlain waterfront property where they grew up. The goal was to create a design that would showcase the stunning lake views from every room while providing the perfect retreat for daily living and working from home.

    The design process was a two-year collaboration with the client to ensure every detail was just right. The heart of the home is an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining space that serves as the central hub for daily life and entertaining. To the south, the primary suite offers convenience and comfort, located just off the mudroom. To the north, a private guest suite features its own entry, creating a welcoming and secluded space for visitors.

    The second floor is reserved exclusively for a home office, providing a completely separate and serene workspace for this couple who both work from home. This thoughtfully designed lakefront home reflects a perfect balance of functionality, beauty, and connection to its breathtaking surroundings.
