  • Raymond is the founder and lead designer at Timeless Designs, bringing a wealth of expertise from his previous role as a partner and lead designer at Vermont Vernacular Designs. With two decades of experience in the custom residential market, Raymond has successfully designed and managed numerous high-end residential projects across New England and northern New York. From schematic design to construction management, his hands-on approach ensures every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

  • Beyond architecture, Raymond is passionate about living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. He enjoys staying fit through CrossFit, running, and healthy eating. A creative spirit in and out of the studio, he loves cooking, baking, and cherishes quality time with his beautiful family.​

Alex King

Position: Architectural Designer

Certified Passive House Consultant

​

  • Throughout his career, he's taken an interest in the users' connection to the outdoors, and the environmental impact of the buildings he's been a part of designing. His experience includes commercial buildings, multi-family passive house projects and single family residential. On every project, he implements strategies learned through the rigorous process of becoming a Certified Passive House Consultant. These strategies create a more comfortable and durable building for the end users, and save money on energy, whether or not the project goes through the certification process.

 

  • When not in the office, Alex can often be found outdoors enjoying Vermont's scenery, whether in motion or lost in a good book. As an avid skier, bicyclist, runner, sailer, paddle boarder, hiker... Alex understands the vital need for humans to be a part of the natural world.

Jasmine Joan Frederick

Position: Design Assistant

  • Born and raised here in Northern Vermont Jasmine cultivated a passion for building. From floor plans to fine woodworking Jasmine enjoys combining additive and subtractive processes to pull an idea from the imagination into reality. With a degree in Aviation Maintenance her attention to detail has been honed over years.“A Jazz of all trades is master of none, yet oftentimes better than a master of one” 

​

  • Outside of the office you can find her running in the summer and skiing in the winter. Jasmine also enjoys crafting hobbies like woodworking, wire wrapping, and silversmithing.

Cody Sanders

Position: Construction Foreman​

  • Cody is a dedicated custom builder with over a decade of hands-on experience in residential construction, specializing in high-end finish carpentry and framing. Raised in northern Vermont, Cody comes from a storied lineage of builders — his great-grandfather was a superintendent on landmark infrastructure projects like the Golden Gate Bridge and the Quabbin Aqueduct, while his grandfather, Walter Sanders, built over 500 homes and more than a million square feet of commercial space.

​

  • Cody began his professional journey in the trades as a licensed plumber, studying at Vermont Technical College and working in the field for five years. He holds certifications from NOHRA and the EPA (608), credentials that continue to inform his comprehensive understanding of building systems.

​

  • Today, Cody brings his deep passion for craftsmanship to every project. Whether he’s framing a new structure or installing intricate millwork, his work is marked by integrity, precision, and a love for the process. For Cody, building is more than a profession — it's a family tradition and a personal calling. Now raising a family of his own, he continues to pass on the values of hard work, creativity, and care that have defined his legacy for generations.
