A Tiny House with Big Dreams

Our founder, Ray, designed and built this 360-square-foot tiny house to embrace a simpler lifestyle for his growing family. Downsizing from a 2,000-square-foot 1850s home to a 360-square-foot tiny house with a newborn may seem unconventional, but the decision was guided by a desire to prioritize family time and achieve financial stability.

The design focused on low-maintenance living, allowing the family to spend less time on upkeep and more time together. Over the course of eight years, Ray and his family thrived in the tiny home, appreciating its efficiency, charm, and the opportunities it afforded them.

Today, this thoughtfully crafted tiny house has a new chapter as an Airbnb, continuing to support Ray’s family on their journey toward financial freedom. This project reflects the power of intentional design to create not just a home, but a lifestyle aligned with personal values and goals.
